the cardigan express is an action-fantasy pg-13 story with a vivid, colorful art style that can only be described as a mixture of "realistic" and "cartoony," blending fantasy and reality just like light and shadow.

the story centers around a realm of faeries parallel to our own, taking place during the late 1880s in "earth time." the cardigan express focuses on themes of trauma and healing from it, self-reflection, and found family—and most importantly, compassion and love of the self and of others. entirely designed, drawn, and written by myself.

a fan-webcomic based off of league of legends characters "viego" and "shaco," still in development. will be viewable on my twitter when completed.

i'm flynn, and i'm a nineteen-year-old freelance digital artist and creative writer. i specialize in fantasy digital art, particularly on original characters and fan art of characters from established media such as video games and animated or live-action series. however, i love stylistic challenges and am open to tackling commissions of all different desired styles!

i strive to capture stories within my art through emotion and symbolism, particularly for my more fantasy-oriented pieces. outside of the fantasy genre, i have also painted stylized digital portraits of real-life people for them and their families.

currently i am pursuing my GED, and afterwards, a higher education in the arts. if you enjoy my work and wish to support me, you're supporting a young queer student!
